Through a series of scenario-based drills\, students will refresh basic marksmanship skills and will develop and demonstrate safe and effective firearm handling. DESCRIPTION:This course is for those who wish to obtain a concealed handgun permit from the State of Alaska. Permits include NICS exemption\, are currently reciprocal with 38 states\, and are valid for ~5 years.\n\nDay 1: With humor\, a lifetime of personal experience\, and an interactive format\, Accurate Advantage’s Sarah Stallone and APD’s Detective Will Cameron coach students through the basic knowledge\, skill\, and mindset essential for lawful and effective firearm use for protection of self and family. Time flies when you’re having fun and learning from scenarios that actually happened encourages a more applicable understanding. Join us to learn about the law-abiding citizen’s right to justified self-defense.
