Our Basic Carbine 101 class introduces new and experienced shooters alike to the core skills needed to run a carbine safely and confidently. This basic carbine instruction blends function and breakdown learning with live-fire training to build a strong, practical foundation.

Course Structure

The course begins with a focus on safety, proper carbine setup, and basic firearm disassembly. You will learn simple maintenance steps and essential troubleshooting methods so you understand how the platform functions and why. Dry fire practice reinforces core concepts before you move into live fire.

Platform Compatibility

This carbine instruction is open to AR style rifles, AKs, PCCs, and precision or DMR gas gun platforms. Whether you’re brand new to carbine shooting or refreshing your fundamentals, this course provides structured, hands-on carbine instruction.

Required Gear:

• Carbine rifle with three 30-round magazines (or equivalent)
• Magazine pouch and two-point sling
• At least 300 rounds of ammo
• Cargo or tactical pants that accommodate additional magazines
