We’re most often relegated to training on set ranges governed by lengthy lists of “thou shalt not” and our practice tends to follow only best-case scenario outlines.
In this session we break down common lifestyle moments that unknowingly present awkward shooting positions and safety decisions vital to our survival as defenders. Multiple scenarios are outlined while instructors break down ways to safely present, engage, and recover from common, though awkward, and life-threatening positions. For the defender, this is a mind (and body) bending opportunity to train to win regardless of the situation.
