DESCRIPTION:One Day Course – 12-hours fulfills State of Alaska requirements \nThis course is for anyone 21 or more years of age who wishes to obtain a concealed handgun permit from the State of Alaska. Permits currently include NICS exemption\, are currently reciprocal with 38 states\, and are valid for ~5 years\, expiring on your birthday in the 5th year. \nWhat: Concealed Carry Permits\nWhen: Sunday\, July 19\nTime: 8am-8pm\nLocation: Upper Susitna Shooter’s Association Range (Driving directions linked HERE)\nMain Office Classroom \nRound Count: 150-200 centerfire only (no rimfire)\nCourse Cost: $225 \n Students will be issued and must pass a written test as well as a shooting proficiency test for course completion.  \nPrevious handgun experience is required for this course. At AAAK we believe that the choice to live a protected lifestyle should come after a solid foundation of safety\, marksmanship and function has been established.
