DESCRIPTION:NEW CLASS!\nYou asked\, we’ve answered! \nHandgun Marksmanship seeks to equip the handgun shooter with the skillset required to fire a handgun accurately and precisely. With an emphasis on the fundamentals and drills tailored to repeatable results\, this course expands on previous training encouraging a complete understanding of the mechanics of consistent precision and accuracy. These elements are the bedrock of defense\, competition\, and growth as a committed handgun shooter. Watch your successes in real time as you take a moment to invest in the foundation on which all other handgun skillsets are built. \nWe’re excited to launch this curriculum\, and look forward to watching you conquer these vital principles. This is a fantastic refresher course to those who’ve stepped away from the handgun platform and would like to re-enter\, or to those still building their skillset towards Intermediate Handgun 201\, Advanced Handgun 301\, and beyond. \nTotal Course Length: 3 hours \nPrerequisite Training: Basic Handgun 101 (or equivalent)\, Concealed Handgun Permit\, (within 1 year) Private / Custom Instruction (Contact us for details of what PCIs qualify!) \nRequired Equipment/Gear:\nSome of these items are available to rent/borrow; see below. \n\nPistol with at least 2 magazines or revolver with at least 2 speed loaders\n200+ Rounds of ammo\nHip holster and magazine pouch – available to borrow\n\nProvided: \n\nEye & ear protection\nTargets and backers\n\nAvailable: (may incur an additional cost): \n\nHolsters\, magazine pouches & gun belts are available to borrow.\nRental firearms – Handgun ($15)\nRental Package Includes: Firearm\, magazines / speed loaders\, belt\, holster\, magazine pouch. Come try dozens of top holster brands – jump into the dry fire drills to test different holster systems and carry styles.\nCompetition with NLT’s Laser SIRT system – test your practice against the clock – safety\, speed and accuracy from concealment are awarded!\n\nPlease Bring (If Applicable): \n\nPersonal Firearms are encouraged but must be downloaded\, double checked by AAAK staff on arrival.
